We offer people of all ages - kids, teens and adults - the tools to improve their social skills so they can build and sustain strong, long-term friendships and relationships. We want to give everyone a blueprint for social life success!

The PEERS® program is an evidenced-based social skills course to help with making friends through learning some key social skills.

Strivesocial is unique because we provide this program in a one-on-one online/telehealth setting. We also can customise the program for your specific needs.

Our programs are for anybody who would like to improve their social skills.

NDIS participants (self-managed and plan managed) are welcome.

Our Services

  • One-on-One Sessions

    Learn how to navigate the social world with one-on-one lessons with a PEERS® accredited trainer via Zoom or in person. This is a modified one-on-one format to suit people who would like more individualised coaching.

  • Highschool Visits

  • Self-paced courses in key social skills

    Designed for primary school and highschool students, these self-paced courses allow parents and caregivers to support their young people in the key social skills needed for good mental health and social success. Includes videos, role-play demonstrations, interactive worksheets and activities for the home environment. Expert support provided.

What is PEERS®?

PEERS® (Program for the Education and Enrichment of Relational Skills) is an acclaimed 16-week program designed to improve social skills in individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), anxiety, depression, and other similar challenges. It is also suitable for people who don’t identify with any of these conditions. PEERS® is for anyone who is motivated to improve their relational skills! The program is based on research from the University of California, Los Angelos (UCLS) and has a global reputation.
