What training do your Wingmen have?

All our support workers complete comprehensive training in youth support, hold current Working with Children and Police checks, and receive ongoing professional development in areas specific to youth support.

What areas do you service?

We provide Wingman services throughout Melbourne's outer east, with both in-person and online support options available. Casey, Yarra Ranges, Knox and Cardinia Shire Councils.

How flexible are your support times?

We offer flexible scheduling Monday to Friday 10am-8pm, and Saturday to Sunday 4pm-8pm, understanding that young people often need support outside traditional hours.

Can we meet our Wingman before starting?

Yes! We encourage an initial meet-and-greet to ensure there's a good connection before beginning regular support.
